The services we perform may include:
Document preparation and credit education. Texas Credit Resiliency will analyze your current credit reports as prepared by the 3 major credit reporting agencies, and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information (issue items). You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will provide advice on the steps that will need to be taken to dispute all issue items that are identified.
In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
How the process is handled:
Potential clients are sent an email with access information to a secure portal where they’ll be walked through the Credit Report Procurement Process. Once this step is completed, potential clients will be contacted by Texas Credit Resiliency for their one-on-one Free Consultation and Credit Report Analysis. During this consultation, the pricing plan options are discussed and if interested in continuing with enrollment, a plan will be chosen. Once this is determined, new clients will be sent a sent an email containing the items listed above (credit services agreement, etc.), as well as one requesting them to log into our secure billing site to enter their payment information. Once these steps are complete, clients enjoy a 3 day free trial! During this 3 day period, the first round of dispute letters will be processed. On day 4, the client’s credit card will be charged for the amount of their chosen plan’s start-up fee. Monthly billing will start on the 30 day anniversary contract signing, and will continue for a period not to exceed 6 months (plans that extend beyond 6 months will be renewed during the 5th month). Plans can be cancelled at any time, however since work performed is billed in arrears, clients who cancel will still be responsible for one final monthly payment.
